I CAN’T FIND MY BOOKING REFERENCE FROM GIGANTIC TICKETS. WHAT DO I DO?

Don’t worry if you can’t find your booking reference from Gigantic Tickets. You can request a copy of your most recent orders by following the below steps:

  • Visit the order tracker here.

  • Select “I don’t know these details”

  • Enter the email address you used to make the booking

An email will be sent to you with your past orders including booking reference numbers.

If you haven’t received this within 10 minutes and have checked your spam folder, email Customer Services with:

  • Your name

  • Your email address

  • Your full address, including postcode

  • The last 4 digits of the payment card used

We will locate your order for you.
