If you have a Gigantic Tickets account, follow the below steps:
Visit the account log in page.
Enter your email address and password
Navigate to “Orders”
If you don’t have a Gigantic Tickets account, or can’t remember your login details:
Visit the order tracker page.
Enter your order reference number
Enter the last 4 digits of your card number
