There could be several reasons why your tickets are not showing in the Gigantic Tickets Wallet App. For instance, not all events use our app.
Some venues have their own apps: for example, O2 Academy venues, OVO Arena Wembley, The O2 arena, Roundhouse in London, Co-op Live in Manchester, and The Halls in Wolverhampton.
These venues require you to download their own app to access your tickets. In your confirmation email, you will find instructions and a direct link to download the correct app.
Tickets will also not appear in the app until around 48 hours before the event. This is to help prevent ticket touting.
