To transfer a ticket to someone else from the Gigantic Tickets Wallet App:
Select the relevant event in the app
Tap “Transfer”
Choose ticket(s)
Enter recipient’s name & email
Confirm.
The recipient then receives an email invitation. If they don’t have a gigantic account, one is created for them with a password emailed separately.
Once transferred, the ticket cannot be transferred again.
If transfer is unavailable, it may be due to:
Event restrictions
The event being too close to date
The ticket having already been transferred.
