WHY CAN’T I SEE MY TICKETS IN THE O2 ACADEMY VENUE APP?

If your tickets have not appeared in the O2 Academy Venue App by three working days before the event, follow these steps:

Check your login email:

  • Ensure you are signed in using the same email address used for your Gigantic Tickets booking.

  • If you entered the wrong email at checkout, contact Gigantic Tickets so we can update the lead booker’s details.

Log out and sign back in. You may be logged into the wrong account. To switch accounts:

  • Tap the three dots (top-right corner)

  • Select “Sign Out”

  • Log back in with the correct email

Check the “Other” Tab:

  • Sometimes tickets appear under the Other section in the app.

Reinstall the app:

  • Delete and reinstall the O2 Academy app to ensure you are using the latest version.

If tickets still do not appear on the day of the event, please contact Gigantic Tickets or speak to the venue box office.
