Tickets can only be shared after they have appeared in the O2 Academy Venue app, which may not be until the week of the show.
To transfer tickets:
Open the ticket in the app
Enter the recipient’s name and email
Review the details
Tap “Transfer”
The recipient will receive an email once the transfer is complete.
Transfers are available up to one hour after doors open.
