There are some important things to note when using the O2 Academy Venue App.
All app issues must be handled by the venue.

If your booking was made with the wrong email address, Gigantic can update the lead booker’s email. After that, ticket sharing must be done through the app’s transfer tool.
If for any reason you cannot access your digital tickets and it is out of gigantic office hours, please go to the box office when you arrive at the event and they will help you to navigate the app.
