If your tickets have not appeared three working days before the event, try the below steps:
Check your log in email:
You must use the same email as your Gigantic Tickets booking. If the wrong email was used at checkout, contact Gigantic so we can correct it.
To switch accounts:
Tap three dots (top right)
Select Sign Out
Log back in with the correct email
Check the “Other” tab:
Some tickets appear under “Other” within the app.
Reinstall the App:
Delete the app from your device
Reinstall to ensure the latest version is installed.
If tickets are still missing on event day, contact Gigantic Tickets or visit the venue’s box office.
