MY TICKETS ARE NOT SHOWING IN THE OVO ARENA WEMBLEY APP – WHY IS THIS?

If your tickets have not appeared three working days before the event, try the below steps:

Check your log in email:

  • You must use the same email as your Gigantic Tickets booking. If the wrong email was used at checkout, contact Gigantic so we can correct it.

  • To switch accounts:

  1. Tap three dots (top right)

  2. Select Sign Out

  3. Log back in with the correct email

Check the “Other” tab:

  • Some tickets appear under “Other” within the app.

Reinstall the App:

  • Delete the app from your device

  • Reinstall to ensure the latest version is installed.

If tickets are still missing on event day, contact Gigantic Tickets or visit the venue’s box office.
