Tickets for both The O2 arena and indigo at The O2 are issued through the O2 Venue App. To download The O2 venue app:
Once logged in:
Go to “Tickets”
Select your event
Show your QR code at the entrance
Before arriving:
Update the app
Ensure you’ve set automatic date & time
Turn brightness to maximum
