There are some important things to note when using The O2 App:
Gigantic Tickets cannot troubleshoot the The O2 app — support is venue-managed.
If your booking email was entered incorrectly, Gigantic Tickets can update it. Sharing must then be done in the venue app.
If for any reason you cannot access your digital tickets and it is out of Gigantic Tickets’ office hours, please go to the box office when you arrive at the event and they will help you to navigate the app.
