All Roundhouse events are now digitally ticketed. Your tickets will be digitally sent to you directly from the venue. Roundhouse tickets are sent from [email protected]. To ensure you receive them in your inbox, add this to your address book (e-tickets will not be delivered by Gigantic Tickets).
They are issued through the Roundhouse Ticket Wallet and will arrive:
Usually well before your event
Always by 5pm on the day of the event
Tickets can only be viewed via the Roundhouse Ticket Wallet.
If you cannot see them in your inbox after 5pm on the day of the event, please check your junk or spam folders.
Should you still need help, the venue box office team can assist on arrival. Please bring your order reference with you.

If you book tickets two working days before the show, your tickets will be available for collection at the Roundhouse Box Office, please take your order reference number to the box office on the night.
