If your tickets are still missing from the Co-op Live App three working days before the event, try the below steps:
Check your login email;
It must match the email used at checkout.
If incorrect, contact Gigantic Tickets to amend the lead booker email.
Log out and back in again;
To switch accounts;
Tap three dots
Select “Sign Out”
Log in again
Check the “Other” tab;
Sometimes tickets appear there.
Reinstall the App;
Ensures you have the latest version.
If still missing on the event day, contact Gigantic Tickets or visit the venue box office.
