WHY ARE MY TICKETS NOT SHOWING IN THE CO-OP LIVE APP?

If your tickets are still missing from the Co-op Live App three working days before the event, try the below steps:

Check your login email;

  • It must match the email used at checkout.

  • If incorrect, contact Gigantic Tickets to amend the lead booker email.

Log out and back in again;

  • To switch accounts;

  1. Tap three dots

  2. Select “Sign Out”

  3. Log in again

Check the “Other” tab;

  • Sometimes tickets appear there.

Reinstall the App;

  • Ensures you have the latest version.

If still missing on the event day, contact Gigantic Tickets or visit the venue box office.
