There are some important things to note when using the Co-op Live App:

  • The Co-op Live app is managed by the venue, not Gigantic Tickets. Contact the venue for any technical issues

  • If your booking email was incorrect, Gigantic Tickets can update it. After correction, sharing must be done via the app.

  • If for any reason you cannot access your digital tickets and it is out of Gigantic Tickets’ office hours, please go to the box office when you arrive at the event and they will help you to navigate the app.

  • If you still need help, contact Gigantic Tickets within office hours or speak to the Co-op Live box office on arrival at the box office.
