WHY ARE MY TICKETS NOT SHOWING IN THE HALLS WOLVERHAMPTON TICKET APP?

If your tickets are still missing from the The Halls, Wolverhampton Ticket App three working days before the event, try the below steps:

Check your login email;

  • It must match the email used at checkout.

  • If incorrect, contact Gigantic Tickets to amend the lead booker email.

Log out and back in again;

  • To switch accounts:

  1. Tap three dots

  2. Select “Sign Out”

  3. Log in again

Check the “Other” tab;

  • Sometimes tickets appear there.

Reinstall the App;

  • Ensures you have the latest version.

If still missing on the event day, contact Gigantic Tickets or visit the venue box office.
