If the app isn’t working, please check the venue’s help pages or contact them directly
If you cannot log in due to an incorrect email on your booking, contact us so we can update the lead booker’s email.
To send tickets to someone else afterwards, use the in-app transfer tool.If for any reason you cannot access your digital tickets and it is out of Gigantic Tickets office hours, please go to the box office when you arrive at the event and they will help you to navigate the app.
