For busy on sales of popular events, there can be a high volume of customers trying to book at the same time. If you successfully secure tickets in your basket, you will have 13 minutes to enter your details correctly and complete the payment.
If payment is not completed within this 13-minute window, the tickets will automatically be released back into general sale. This will also happen if your bank card is declined or fails security checks.
Once tickets are released back to general sale, there is no guarantee that you will be able to secure them again so please have all your correct details ready to go before booking to avoid disappointment.
