DO I NEED TO NOTIFY GIGANTIC TICKETS IF I CHANGE MY ACCOUNT DETAILS?

You can edit your account details (address, phone number, card details, etc.) at any time yourself.

You only need to notify Gigantic if the changes occur while a ticket order is awaiting dispatch, because if you don’t the tickets may be sent to the old address.

Gigantic Tickets cannot be held responsible for any tickets that do not arrive at the correct address if changed after dispatch.
