Unfortunately, not all conditions are covered by Gigantic Tickets’ Refund Plan.
Examples include:
You decide not to attend for any reason not listed in the terms.
You are unable to attend because of a contagious illness unless certified by a doctor (in this policy Covid-19 is only covered if a doctor confirms it is preventing attendance).
You request a refund after the event has started or after it has passed.
You had prior knowledge of the disruption preventing attendance at the time of booking.
